the image below shows the coverage of the free government data (you can download the raw data from http://www.geostore.com/environment-agency/survey.html#/survey ) and unfortunately does not cover the 2 areas you are interested in. The closest it gets is the junction of the A54 and A556 in the centre block.
The coverage for SJ57 (the tile above) is better and at a higher resolution (1m) and I have had a quick look at Woodhouse Hill hillfort overlooking the Mersey.
